DIG DEEPER and weightlifting provide lasting benefits and results—no matter where you’re starting from or what your goals are. It’s intense, all-out strength training, designed to give you a total-body recomposition. A body recomposition program reshapes your body by building lean muscle mass and reducing body fat, to help reveal a stronger, shredded body. Using a variety of proven lifting techniques, you will change the way you look—and feel.

You’re ready to DIG DEEPER. Lift heavy, challenge yourself, and target every muscle group to reach your peak physical and mental strength. With Shaun’s passion for helping others succeed, he makes lifting approachable and rewarding.

What Are the DIG DEEPER Workouts Like?

DIG DEEPER is a 12-week program made up of 3 different lifting modalities. You’ll focus on each training style for 4 weeks before moving on to the next Collection.

Additionally, there’s an optional 4th collection—“No Excuses”—for when you’re in a hurry.

Collection 1: Dynamic Circuits –
Fast-paced giant-circuit workouts with higher rep counts to enhance your muscular endurance and stamina.

Collection 2: Sculpt & Define –
Lift heavier with lower reps using supersets and time under tension to build muscles and definition.

Collection 3: The Build –
Slow and controlled heavy lifting using drop sets and pyramids to really increase strength and gain muscle.

There are 5 lifting workouts per week, 40 to 50 minutes each. Plus, 1 optional day of 30-minute steady state cardio.

Steady state cardio is a moderate-intensity, low-impact activity that puts you into a fat-burning zone—think of things like walking, jogging, biking, or dancing.

Tools and Equipment

To do the program, you’ll need:

• A wide variety of light, medium, heavy, and superheavy dumbbells. (Grab ones that are heavier so you can continue to challenge yourself as you get stronger!)

• An adjustable bench

DIG DEEPER includes a Get Started Guide, a variety of workout calendars, and dumbbell trackers. Within Nutrition, you’ll also find “how to” PDFs so you can choose the nutrition and eating plan that works for you while you complete the program.

These tools are meant to help you stay on top of your workouts and celebrate your progress over the next 12 weeks. Download them, save them to your phone, or print them out.

DIG DEEPER comes with a “No Excuses” collection of under-25-minute lifting workouts when you’re short on time.

There are 5 workouts, each focusing on a different set of muscle groups, that you can sub in at any time during the 12-week program.

They feature lifting techniques used throughout DIG DEEPER and bring the same intensity as the full-length workouts.

They can also be used as a standalone collection of effective, full-body training or for an optional 6th day of lifting.
