Hi! I am Sara!

A recovering addict and a health & fitness coach on a mission to help you enjoy your sober life.
I know exactly how difficult the road to recovery can be — from feelings of loneliness, self-doubt, lack of motivation, and the constant temptation to fall back into old habits. Needless to say, it can be overwhelming.
It’s not an easy road, but it’s possible.
When I started my journey to recovery, I had to face my fears and insecurities head-on. I had to learn how to deal with the root causes of my addiction and take responsibility for my own actions. It wasn’t until I discovered the power of community, support, and self-care that I started to see real change in my life.
Through my own transformation, I discovered my passion for health and fitness. Taking care of my body became a crucial part of my recovery and helped me to stay focused and motivated. As a health and fitness coach, I want to share this knowledge and experience with you.
My desire is to help you break free from the harmful cycle of addiction and start living a healthier, happier life. I will be there every step of the way, providing support and guidance, and showing you that it is possible to overcome addiction and thrive in your sober life.

What is a Virtual Boot Camp?

Life gets in the way, period. We get caught up in the daily grind. My accountability groups make it easier to stay on track, stay motivated and get the support you need to reach your goals. All in the privacy of your home and on your own time.
My groups have challengers who are busy with work, raising families and some caring for parents. The age is broad, but all have the desire to live healthier lives. We check in daily, share our workouts, recipes and encourage each other through struggles and most importantly our successes!

NUTRITION
Each program includes a meal plan!! Great news right!? There are two types of meal plans which are super flexible for your lifestyle.
Additional resources, as well as the ability to track your daily meals via program materials through BOD App.
And the best part: no calorie counting, macro tracking, or weighing your food. We focus on portion control and eating what you love!

WORKOUTS
BODi is our online workout streaming program- similar to Netflix!
You will get access to over 75+ full workout programs that range from 3 weeks to 90 days.
The workouts can be done from HOME OR THE GYM!
They range from HIIT, to cardio, weightlifting, dance, yoga, prenatal/postnatal, bikini competition prep and more!
